    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Delivery time will depend on your chosen option and will be stated when you are choosing the delivery option. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged.

  • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

    It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.

  • What happens if a product I want is out of stock or there is not the full quantity that I require?

    Mostly all orders will be completely dispatched. But there will be sometimes when the odd item is not in stock. In this case we will contact you and let you know the lead time. If you want to keep on back-order we will deliver the goods upon receipt of the next stock delivery which is usually 2 days.
