Delivery methods

• Collection

  If collection option is chosen during checkout, your order will be processed by our packing department and once your order is ready to collect you will be notified by an email. If any item, you ordered is not available in stock then you will be notified by email or by phone. 

• Local Delivery

  If local delivery option is chosen during checkout and your order is over £30+VAT you will get free local delivery if address is within 5 miles of our shop. If order value is not over £30+VAT and local delivery is chosen, then you will be charged based on weight.

• UK Delivery 

  If order value is over £30+VAT you will be entitled to free delivery. Otherwise if order value is below £30+VAT then you will be provided with the best delivery options depending on weight.

How we calculate your delivery cost?

• We have collected data about each product individual weight

  By knowing the weight of each product, we can calculate the total weight of the items in your cart. Once we have calculated the weight, we simply compare it with the weight requirements along with delivery prices provided by our couriers (Royal Mail, Hermes, UPS). Finally, the courier providing the lowest delivery price is automatically selected for you.

Examples

• Total weight of your order is 250 grams and it is postable (Height less then 25mm)

  Our website will automaticly compare prices and charge around £1.42

• Total weight of your order is 1000 grams and it is not (Height greater then 25mm)

  Our website will automaticly compare prices and charge around £2.70

• Total weight of your order is 5000 grams

  Our website will automaticly compare prices and charge around £6.99

• Your order value is above £30 ex. VAT

  You will get free delivery
